Personal checks and money orders preferred, online payment methods such as
Paypal accepted. Checks take 5-7 business days to clear. An 8.25% sales tax will
be added to all items mailed to California addresses.
All items must be insured. Insured Priority Mail with tracking or Registered Mail is the
preferred method for all US transactions. For overseas buyers package must be
insured, registered and/or at least signed for mail depending what is available in
that country. Insurance/mailing cost varies with the value of the item and will be
determined at the time of purchase.
REFUND / EXCHANGE
I want you to be happy with your purchase, that is number one. Please examine
photos carefully and ask questions before buying. However after your item arrives if
you are not happy for any reason, please send it back post dated within three days
upon receipt and a full refund minus the mailing cost will be returned. However after
three days, within a reasonable time frame, only exchanges are allowed and or
credit applied to future purchases.
Please note in order to obtain a refund or exchange, the item must be in the same
condition it was sent, no polishing, rubbing or washing etc.
I am well versed on jewelry history and circa dating and guarantee all items as
genuine including karat of gold and all materials described. However If in that
uncommon instance an inaccuracy is found a complete refund will be given including
full mailing costs as long as item is in the original condition that it was sent.
